After completing a career wellness check, reflect on your results and identify possible next steps to enhance or maintain your career wellness. 

  • Review the Career Wellness: Next Steps Roadmap to brainstorm potential pathways that will best support your journey.

It’s helpful to clarify your future professional aspirations. Even if your assessment results indicate strong career wellness, it can still be beneficial to reflect on how to sustain it. 

  • For example, you might set a goal to advance your skills, seek a promotion at your current company, obtain a new position, or make a career change. 

Checking in on your career wellness helps you understand:
