Follow the steps below to determine the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for your desired career. Then, build an action plan using our resources to address any gaps in your qualifications and achieve your career goal.
STEP 1: Identify & Research Your Gaps
This first step sets the foundation for your career plan by helping you see where you need to grow to reach your career goal.

STEP 2: Build Your Career Action Plan
After finishing your gap analysis, it’s time to create a career plan! In this step, you’ll work backward from your goal, listing the action steps you’ll take to close your gaps and ultimately reach your career goal.
