Neurodivergent at Work

Neurodiversity is the concept that everyone’s brain works differently, and these differences are normal variations of the human mind. Rather than seeing these differences as a disadvantage, neurodiversity recognizes them as unique strengths and perspectives that add value to society, including the workplace.

Examples of neurodiversity include ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder), ASD (autism spectrum disorder), Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia.

Watch this information session from our Career Quest SP24, featuring Specialisterne, an internationally recognized leader in harnessing the talents of the neurodivergent community. Specialisterne supports people on the autism spectrum and other neurodivergent people by providing them with the opportunity to sustain meaningful employment.
