You’ll visit customers in their homes during evenings and weekends, help them get the most out of their technology, and offer Asurion’s device protection services. No cold calling — every appointment is pre-scheduled for you.
What you’ll do:
- Visit customers at home to troubleshoot and resolve tech issues (smartphones, tablets, smart home devices)
- Explain and sell Asurion’s protection plans in a consultative, low-pressure way
- Build rapport quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Manage your schedule and route independently — no micromanagement
What you’ll earn:
- $26.55/hour guaranteed base pay
- Uncapped sales commission paid bi-weekly
- Mileage reimbursement (IRS rate) paid weekly
- $35/month phone stipend
- 3 weeks of fully paid training before you ever see a customer
Schedule:
- Part time · 5 days/week · Evenings (approximately 4:05 PM–9:00 PM)
- Must be available at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
- Shifts between 12:05 PM–9:00 PM in select markets
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Personal vehicle (no motorcycles) with valid auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Customer service or sales experience (retail, food service, hospitality all count)
- Comfort with consumer technology — smartphones, WiFi, apps, tablets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language
