- Plan, coordinate, and help execute programs and events at Carrollton facilities and on trips within the DFW area.
- Work daily with individuals with special needs to support engagement and participation.
- Assist recreation coordinators with program implementation and activity facilitation.
- Help develop the monthly activity schedule.
- Set up program spaces and organize materials needed for activities.
- Support special events through setup, breakdown, and logistical assistance.
- Maintain participation records and complete basic data entry tasks.
- Assist with general facility operations, including tours, opening/closing procedures, and front desk guest services.
- Promote programs through various media outlets and basic marketing tasks.
- Monitor facility use to ensure participant safety and address potential hazards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: College or university student currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program.
