Molly Anders is a Manager for Strategic Partnerships at Western Governors University. Before that, she worked as a bedside nurse, where she learned the value of being adaptable. Her ability to “get comfortable being uncomfortable” helped her make a career pivot into the corporate world. Maintaining her curiosity and fostering a genuine desire to help others has allowed her to grow in her career and cultivate meaningful connections.
