>> My name is Stephanie Schaefer. I currently work at The Webstraunt Store, and I am a logistics liaison there. I currently work in the drop shipment support team at Clark. So what that means is I work with orders that are placed on our site that are shipping directly from the manufacturers to the customers. Not from our warehouse is directly. So once an order is placed, we'll get the order in, and then we'll actually create the purchase order and send it over to the manufacturer then, which they receive, and then they will send us a copy of an order confirmation. The order confirmations just have the item number, the item name, the shipping address, which we use to confirm to make sure it's correct. We probably look at over 100 of those a day. We just need to make sure that they're right before they actually get shipped out to the customers. A busy day is probably coming into our email box, which we all share, of probably over 100 emails. These are mostly full of order confirmations. Just going through and checking them to make sure they're correct, and then they're also full of manufacturer and customer emails. So customers will email us asking when their items are shipping. Sometimes we'll give them a ship date, and they'll be emailing us, telling us, "This won't work for us." Or "Can you see what else you can do for us?" So that it's our job to email the manufacturers to try to see if we can get them to ship faster. See what the delay is. See if there's any other items available to offer them.
