A T-format cover letter is a visually structured letter that uses two-columns to directly align your skills with an employer’s job requirements. Use this template to create a strong T-format cover letter. The template has a paragraph breakdown of all the information you should include.

To locate the file, follow these steps:

  1. Once located, double-click to open it or move it to your desired folder.
  2. Open your computer’s file explorer (e.g., Finder on Mac or File Explorer on Windows).
